These terms apply to skandanam.com and to stays at Skandanam Ecoville Home Stay, 19-12-579, beside More Super Market, opposite to Padmavathi Park, Bairagi patteda, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh 517501. Using the site means you accept them.

What this website is

It describes the property and how guests use it. It is not a booking engine: there is no form, no cart and no payment on this site. Every enquiry route leads to WhatsApp, a phone call or an email, and a booking exists only once we have confirmed it back to you in writing or you have completed one on a booking platform.

Availability, tariffs and what is confirmed when

Room counts, capacities and facilities on this site describe the property as it stands, but availability changes daily and this site does not publish a live calendar. No rate is published here. What you are quoted on WhatsApp or by phone for your specific dates, group and requirements is the rate — together with the cancellation and payment terms told to you at the same time, or set by the platform if you booked through one.

Events and functions

This is a homestay, not a function hall. Gatherings are agreed on a call before they are booked, because the answer depends on the size of the group and on who else is staying. Nothing on the event pages is an offer of a fixed capacity.

Guest conduct

The property is a residential home on a residential street. Guests are asked to keep noise down at night, to treat the house, the kitchen and the garden as they would their own, and to give accurate identity details at check-in, which Indian law requires us to record. We may ask a guest to leave for behaviour that puts the property or other guests at risk.

Reviews and photographs

The photographs are of this property, not of a show flat or a stock library. The scores and quotes on our guest reviews page are reproduced from our Booking.com listing and belong to the guests who wrote them; the page links to the source so anything there can be checked. Everything else on this site — the text, the layout and the photographs — belongs to Skandanam Ecoville Home Stay and may not be reused without permission.

Third-party sites

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and our social pages leave this website. What happens on them is governed by their terms, not ours.

Accuracy and liability

We keep this site accurate and correct it when something changes, but we do not warrant that every detail is current at the moment you read it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the stay in question. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

Indian law applies, and the courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
