A function hall gives you four hours, a stage and a car park. It does not give you anywhere for the family to get ready, anywhere to keep the children, or anywhere for the out-of-town relatives to sleep afterwards. That is why so many Tirupati functions end up split across a hall and three hotels.
Booking a homestay instead collapses all of that into one address. The ceremony happens in the hall or the garden, the cooking happens in your own kitchen, the family gets ready in the bedrooms, and everyone who travelled sleeps in the same house that night.

Everything below is part of the property as it stands. Nothing here needs to be hired in.

Rooms and villas
Most functions take a complete villa — the hall, the kitchen, the bedrooms and access to the garden. For a larger gathering, ask about taking more than one unit on the same date.

Yes, small family functions are welcome by prior arrangement. It is agreed with the owner in advance rather than booked online, because it depends on your date, your guest numbers and which part of the property you need.
The whole property accommodates 25–30 guests, which is the number to plan a house function around. A daytime gathering where many guests come and go is a different question, so call +91 96767 07066 with your actual headcount and the owner will tell you straight whether it suits you.
Yes. The kitchen comes with a gas stove, cooker, refrigerator, microwave and crockery, and most families either cook there or have food brought in and served from it. Confirm your arrangement when you book.
That is the main reason to host here. Bedrooms with attached bathrooms, air conditioning and hot water are part of the same booking, so outstation guests do not need a separate hotel.
Free private parking is inside the property. If you expect several cars, say so when booking so space is kept clear.
Decoration is usually fine and music is agreed case by case — this is a quiet residential street, so timings matter. Settle both with the owner before the day rather than on it.
