Skandanam Ecoville is an ISO 9001:2015 certified homestay in Bairagipatteda, central Tirupati — opposite Padmavathi Park, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and the town temples a short drive away.
What separates it from a hotel of the same size is that guests get whole spaces: complete 3 BHK and 4 BHK villas let to one booking, a kitchen you can genuinely cook in, a living hall big enough for the whole group, and a walled private garden with mango and banana trees.
An exclusive boutique-designed homestay with a deliberately limited number of rooms, recently renewed, and taken as a whole the property accommodates 25–30 guests.
